Day 1 - Adventure Awaits!
Monday, gather at the Denver Airport with a buzz of excitement, 3 hours before our flight to Austria. Get ready for an incredible journey!

Day 2 - Vienna Unveiled
Tuesday, we land in Vienna, where the magic begins. Hop on a coach for a city tour like no other. We'll explore the old city center, the majestic Royal Castle, the whimsical Hundertwasser House, and more. Our guided tour of Schönbrunn Palace, a palace rivaling the splendor of Versailles, promises grandeur and opulence. Lunch is your own adventure, and in the afternoon, we might unleash our inner scientist at the Technical Museum. We'll end the day on a high note with a group dinner, setting the tone for a memorable stay in Vienna.

Day 3 - Composers and Music Magic
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we board a coach and journey to the Central Cemetery of Vienna. Here, we'll discover a unique tribute to musical legends like Beethoven, Brahms, the Strausses, Schubert, and Schumann, all resting side by side in sculptured splendor.

Next up is the captivating "Haus der Musik," where we'll immerse ourselves in the world of sound and music through interactive exhibits. Lunch is your playground today. In the afternoon, we'll explore the Vienna Opera with an English-guided tour, followed by a dinner of live music and delectable Austrian cuisine.

Day 4 - Free Spirits in Vienna
Today is a day of freedom in Vienna, guided by your adventurous spirit and Mr. Woodworth's expert recommendations. Dive into the Musical Instrument Museum, visit composers' homes, or discover hidden musical gems—your day, your rhythm!

Day 5 - Sound of Music & Melk Marvel
We kick off with a delightful breakfast and hit the road. First stop: the enchanting resort town of Mondsee, home to the iconic "Wedding Church" from "The Sound of Music." Lunchtime is all yours to explore.

In the afternoon, we continue our journey and stumble upon the monumental Benedictine "Melk Abbey." Dinner is a group affair, filling our hearts and bellies with joy. Our home for the night: Salzburg.

Day 6 - Salzburg Symphony
Our day begins with a hearty hotel breakfast buffet, fueling us for a day of discovery. We meet our local guide for a whirlwind tour of Salzburg, exploring the Mirabell gardens, the charming Getreidegasse, Mozart's birthplace, and the majestic Dom. Brace yourselves for a thrilling ride up Hohensalzburg Fortress on a cog rail.

Lunch is your playground, and in the afternoon, we'll uncover the secrets of Hellbrunn Castle. As the day winds down, dinner becomes an adventure of your choice. Salzburg, you've captured our hearts!

Day 7 - Salt Mines and Strudel Stars
Group breakfast buffet sets the tone for the day. We venture to Bad Dürrnberg to delve into the Salt mine in Hallein. Get ready for a traditional wooden slope adventure in coveralls!

Afterward, we're off to Ried im Innkreis, where we'll make strudel and join forces with Austrian high school orchestra students for an unforgettable concert. The night ends with a group dinner, celebrating music, friendship, and strudel!

Day 8 - Ludwig's Legacy and Munich Magic
Breakfast and check-out as we load up to depart for Munich. Along the way, we'll stop at Lake Chiemsee, where King Ludwig lived and dreamed. Lunch is a rendezvous in Fussen. Next, we reach Neuschwanstein Castle, a fairytale come to life. Our journey takes us to Mittenwald, where we'll uncover the secrets of violin making at the Violin Making Museum. Munich, here we come! Dinner is an independent adventure near Marienplatz, and we'll rest our heads in a Munich hotel.

Day 9 - Munich Museums and Memories
Today, we dive into Munich's cultural treasures with our local Guided Tour, starting with a visit to the National Museum. Free time awaits for shopping, photos, and your personal exploration near Marienplatz.

Tonight, it's dinner with entertainment, featuring Bavarian flair and hearty fare that'll leave our taste buds dancing!

Day 10 - Farewell Munich
It's our last day in Munich, but we'll make it memorable! Breakfast sets the tone, followed by some free time for last-minute shopping or exploring. In the evening, we'll gather for our final dinner, reminiscing about the incredible journey we've shared.

Get ready to pack your bags full of memories, laughter, and a symphony of experiences as we bid farewell to Austria and Germany. Until the next adventure awaits!

Day 11 - Departure Day

It's time to bid farewell. For those on the group airline reservation, transportation to the airport is included. Others can join if their plans align. If not, you'll have to make your own way to the airport as we head back home.
